Within 30 minutes of my quote request the owner Mike Contacted me and estimated my leaking poly B watermain trenchless replacement on site in Chestermere. Their price was 25% better the runner up. Additionally they owned their own vac truck. They were able to coordinate engineers, alberta locate and local utilites within hrs of our site meeting. Escavation started the next morning. This company went above and beyond in safety, proceedures, shoring, fencing, signage and processes. Seemed very coordinated and organized. Water was restored within 48hrs.

Not just Aaron, but Brad, Adam, Igor....the whole crew including the front office. Just wonderful service. Kind, responsible, detailed, professional, and clean. Start to finish could not ask for better...and we had a BIG job including sewer line replacement. The team was great! They were courteous, prompt and excellent communicators. There were a few small issues that the immediately addressed to my satisfaction. The entire team was excellent and Coenraad was an awesome manager and super easy to deal with. Only issue I had was the estimate was low and should have factored in more realistic estimate for the hydrovac. These guys know their craft very well and can be trusted to do excellent work.

I had Mr. Mike trenchless came out to replaced my sewer and main waterline, they quoted me a fair price and the work were done in 2 days as promised. They cleaned up the work site after job was completed. Special thanks to Igor and his workmates they did an excellent job.

Last week the water main to our house broke. We contacted 3 companies to repair the line. Mr. Trenchless/Mr. Mike's Plumbing was the only company that actually came to our house to look at the problem before giving us a quote. We appreciated Derek explaining how they would fix the line. Derek also asked whether we needed a temporary water supply as all water to the house was cut off. We hired Mr. Trenchless/Mr. Mike's Plumbing and they did an excellent job. All the crew members were highly professional, arrived early, worked late and provided regular updates as to how the work was progressing. We were very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely use them again for any plumbing issue.
