Our sewer line collapsed. The Friday afterThanksgiving. I called Mr Rooter at noon. They responded very quickly and I had a new sewer line by 6 pm. The next day they returned and did a nice job patching the driveway and cleaning up the work area. The workers were friendly and explained everything that they were doing. I highly recommend.

I had an emergency sewer issue on Christmas Eve day and several people coming over the next day for dinner. The process was great start to finish. The tech Eugene was professional, courteous and overall a nice guy. He explained the process and recommended steps to take to minimize future potential issues. I’m definitely calling these guys again if I have any problems.

Mr Rooter came within 1 hour and took care of the problem in around 20 minutes. Professional, kind, attention to cleanliness and detail. They explained everything ahead of time and although the price quoted was a bit steep for me, I understood after it was done is that it was money well spent for the problem that could not be done with a simple repair on my part. I recommend them highly.

Mr. Rooter plumbing is the only plumbing I recommend. Not only did they come out to my house free of charge while others took a dispatch fee they came out twice to help resolve the issue. Eugene Groshev was our technician and he was great. He did a walkthrough and took his time trying to solve the problem while explaining the process well. Highly recommend him and Mr.Rooter plumbing.
