Called Mr. Rooter based on a referral from a colleague. I contacted them on Tuesday and they were able to schedule a consultation on Wednesday morning from 8AM-9AM for a quote. I received a text to confirm the appointment, a call when they were on the way, and a text with a photo of the plumber that would be on site. They arrived within the time frame provided. Peter Smith was polite and efficient. He assessed the work, created a quote for me, and was able to do the work same day! The install took a little over 2 hours, including the time it took them to go get additional parts for the install that I had not purchased with the water softer. Peter set the softer up, put in the salt I had purchased, took away all the trash, explained how the unit would work and informed me of a 90 install warranty. He captured before and after photos, and emailed the receipt and pictures as soon as the payment was taken on his iPad. I was very impressed with Peter and Mr. Rooter!

Best experience. Everyone I encountered through my plumbing process with Mr. Rooter was just incredible. Aaron and Matt kept me informed through the entire process of the job till completed. Full transparency with all cost of the job. Highly recommend to have your work done with them. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing experience. The knowledge and expertise with everyone involved was incredible. I was informed through the entire process of the job to be completed. Full transparency with all costs and time frame to complete the job. Once the job was complete, the follow up weeks after to ensure the job was done right was the cherry on top. Highly recommend to have your work done with them. You won’t be disappointed.

I just had to take the time to recognize this awesome company! From the start of the job (setting the appointment) to finish Mr. Rooter is five stars all the way! The booking process was so fast. I called after normal business hours, but I was still able to get an appointment the following business day. They gave me a heads up of when they were arriving and the technician, Dan, arrived on time exactly as mentioned. Believe or not some OTHER companies have told me they were on the way and showed up over an hour later or not at all. And as far as the service review goes, Dan is definitely an integral part of what makes this company so great! He was very knowledgeable and professional when addressing my issue. He was also speedy and efficient. I appreciate the amazing service, Mr. Rooter!

Your plumber, Michael G., caused more damage than was helpful! He had no idea what he was doing. Rather than installing 2 insert plates in the wall for attaching my under counter icemaker, he cut out a large square exposing insulation and pipes and left it that way. He crimped a hot water line and cut back a drain pipe but that’s about all. This will require me to hire someone to repair the damage he caused. He also poked all the way through the wall to create a hole in the back of my garage. Complete incompetence! And charged me $1200. This was a very expensive and absolutely terrible experience. Your company was recommended by Daniel at Mr Appliance, the icemaker installer. I let them know what a huge mistake that was.
