I reached out through Mr. Rooter after seeing local advertisements, namely that they beat their competitors (infer a similar name?), and boy do they. I was tepid at first, my luck with plumbing companies hasn't been great. From the first contact to the end of the job, professional, courteous, kind, punctual, fair, open, honest, and transparent. Did i mention meticulous and clean, even for dirty jobs? Will (basically a master plumber in my eyes) and Cam (apprentice) were the lucky straw pullers. They replaced an entire sewage ejector chamber and pump, and even with some of those unexpected hurdles that cropped up, worked through it all and got our place back in order. After 2 years working through to now my third company, I can say resolutely that the team diagnosed and corrected our issue and concerns successfully. I recommend Mr. Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing wholeheartedly. (Note, the attached picture is prior to the finished concrete, which they also completed.).

Justin was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. His work looked good and he provided useful recommendations for future considerations. I’ve dealt with a handful of plumbing companies and would definitely call Mr.Rooter /Greenwood again.

Eric Jensen is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He gives great advice, explains everything clearly, and always provides amazing service with true professionalism. I specifically request Eric whenever possible because I know the job will be done right. That being said, the entire team at Mr. Rooter is fantastic — reliable, friendly, and top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Our exceptional experience with Mr. Rooter of Rhode Island was genuinely surprising. After our initial conversation to schedule an appointment they sent us a picture and information about the technician that would be working in our home. This one safety procedure put me at ease because you never know who's working in your home.
Our assigned technician was Justin Palmer. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Justin answered our many questions, was able to identify our initial problem then gave us possible solutions.
What really impressed us was his attention to detail. While working on the original problem he noticed and identified another problem in the ceiling that we didn't see. We are grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile and fixed it while he was there.
I'd also like to thank Kelly, who answered the phone when I couldn't find where to post the review. I have never written a review before and wanted to make sure Justin was recognized but I didn't know where or how to post it. She was extremely helpful!
From the beginning to the.....I can't say "end" because we will continue using this company. So, from Start to Finish this was a terrific experience!

This company responded quickly and followed through as they said. Cameron Hebert was my technician, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He was neat and cleaned everything up before he left. Gave me some great tips. I would not hesitate to have him or this company do work for me again.
