I cannot say enough about this company and those who works here. I would have given more stars if I could. After days of water pouring out of my backflow for my sprinklers, I finally was able to get ahold of a plumber who could work with us in the freezing cold. Megan was excellent, she was very sweet and listened to my troubles and fit me in for an appt when emergencies were happening all over town due to freezing pipes. Each time I spoke to her, her customer service was astounding! Our plumber Mike came out, as his last call and was able to help me get the water off and give me a quote to complete the job later down the road. What’s more is Mike explained everything to me in detail and reassured me that everything was ok now! I appreciate this company and both Megan and Mike! Thank you again Mr Rooter! I will be calling ya’ll for any of my plumbing needs in the future!! And will request Mike! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you Mr. Rooter for the service on my septic tank . The technician that was sent out to my home , his name is Mr Jonathan. He explained everything i needed for the work on my septic. Then did a awesome job installing what needed to be done. It is so nice to have a technician like Mr Jonathan that has a wonderful personality and a great work ethic. I give him a 10 🌟. I would recommend them to anyone I know that need septic or pumping problems.

Mr. Rooter (Jonathan) was able to come out at very short notice. He showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem with our well pump right away. Jonathan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great work. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter thanks to our technician, Kelvin. He was excellent from start to finish. He explained every step of the process clearly, let me know exactly what needed to be done, and handled the repair of our broken shower handle with skill and care.

I initially called this company to get a quote for a water main line re-piping in my front yard, and the technician that came out was named Angel.
And in 20 minutes, he figured out something that two or three other plumbing companies couldn’t figure out where my water shut off valve was for my house. I highly highly recommend this company. I’ve never used this company before until Angel came out and sold me on the customer care that this plumbing company has. This is rare to find such a great company that has such an honest technician. that would just cut it straight to you and not try to rob you like other plumbing company’s tend to do l.
I am extremely happy with the service I got from Mr. Rooter.
And they have great Combo packages too. Angel treated me like family and answer all my questions even after initially talking to him about the quote and having Angel come out and do the job. If you want a great reliable plumbing company And a very honest technician ask for Angel.
