It was very easy to book an appointment online and have the issue fixed within the same day. They quickly repaired the issue and advised me on the overall condition of the area they worked on. Mr. Chad was polite and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the service and plan to book future plumbing repairs with this business. Their pricing was very reasonable for the issues resolved and they accept tap which was super convenient.

I got an unexpected crazy high water bill ... and was unsure where to turn. I found this compnay on line, called, got great service. Then Zachary arrived at the house this morning and took care of the issue quickly. I was not home but he called and explained what needed to happen, how much it would be and how quickly he could do that. I couldn't ask for better service. I will call again should I need more plumbing help.

Zachary was great! He actually told us our lines didn't need hydrojetted, but since it was on the home inspection report, we just did it anyway...it takes a real professional to recommend NOT doing a job! Can't recommend this company highly enough!

Mr. Zack Sykes is an amazing individual. After giving him a brief overview of my concerns, he sprung straight into action with seeing everything that he could possibly do without charging me during my estimate. Anything that would cost me, he gave me great information on options that I have available. I appreciate the thorough explanation of my options and troubles that I’ve been having with my toilet and tub. If I ever need another plumber in the future, I won’t hesitate call this company!

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Zachary Sykes, their technician. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem at my mother's home quickly and explained the solution in a way that was easy to understand, which made it easy for me to interpret to my mother.
What really stood out was his great sense of humor—it made the whole experience much more pleasant and put us at ease right away. He was respectful of my mom's home, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
I also really appreciated how the company sends a picture of the technician ahead of time. That extra step is very helpful and adds a strong sense of safety and professionalism.
Based on his professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude, he absolutely deserves Employee of the Month. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and would gladly request him again.
