Service was good but price was a 90% increase over the last time I had this service done, which was a little more than a year ago.
To Owner:
I've talked to a couple of people in your office who attempted to help but they were unable to explain the 90% increase in cost. They were supposed to have someone call me back to discuss. I look forward to hearing from you. You should have my number in your files.

Jacob and his helper did a great job! The removed a broken instant hot water dispenser and replaced it with a new one. They were polite and courteous and I will highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

My plumber James was so kind. He gave me insight to the options I had to complete the repair. During the ice storm he drove through terrible back road conditions to come and help me, as I had no water due to a broken pipe that had flooded my garage. He was very kind and respectful. Thank you James and Mr. Rooter for making life a little easier through this crises.👍🏻👍🏻
