I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I called yesterday for a kitchen faucet repair, and they sent a plumber out today. Michel Estes was very efficient, professional, and mentioned he has 14 years of experience, which definitely showed in his work.
While he was here, I mentioned that I needed my water heater replaced and was still waiting from another company to schedule the visit for the repair. He offered to give me an estimate, which was reasonable, and was able to complete the replacement the same day. I was really impressed with the fast service, professionalism, and quality of work delivered by Michel. Highly recommend!

Erick Ferguson was a very knowledgeable technician. Listed multiple options to tackle our problem. Straightforward pricing and providing a free estimate. Not pushy to make us commit to anything.
We decided on doing camera and video of the house main drain. It was effective with depth and accuracy of the pipe in the ground all the way to the city main. Flag painted and mark the depth of the line. Would highly recommend Mr Ferguson and Mr rooter to anyone who's having plumbing issues.

the women in the office are so efficient and pleasant. They managed to assign a technician on short notice and to fit my schedule . They kept track of my problem . I appreciated the help from this company on such sort notice. would not use the second technician again, too many personal opinions and conversation.
