It was so easy to make an appt, the time slot availability was great. The staff was friendly, and our technician, Matt S. Did a great job repairing our gas line and installing a new stove. He was friendly, respectful, and communicative. I also loved that the company sent a photo of the technician before the appointment. I love that safety practice! I would absolutely book a service again.

Prompt, friendly, professional! After assessing the situation, gave exact cost and that didn’t change at the end! Before leaving he told me they give a 30 day guarantee so call if I needed to! I could not be more pleased with the service. In today’s environment with service being generally at an all time low, i was very pleasantly surprised! Bottom line, i would recommend to anyone that has a plumbing issue call “MR. ROOTER”. Note to Management: John Gums is a great asset to your team! It takes a lot to impress me especially from a Vikings fan, I’m a Packer backer😜! In all seriousness John is awesome!!!

The tech was excellent. Very professional and treated me with respect. He deserves 10 stars. I had called Homeserve and reported that my water tank had burst the night before. They contacted Mr. Rooter who responded the next morning. I have a policy with Homeserve, however they stated it only covers repairs, not replacement. I had limited options and Paid over $2800.00. This covered a new heater, pressure expansion tank and dispatch fee, along with the replacement of a shutoff valve that I requested. As a senior citizen and a veteran, I thought the total price was outrageous.

I had a great experience today with technician Richard Johnson. He helped with our kitchen sink and was extremely thorough and informative on next steps to help us avoid any further clogs/issues. He provided us an estimate for future work if we decide to go that route and product recommendations. Customer service was great. 10/10 would book again and refer anyone who needs plumbing services!

I use them for all plumbing needs. It makes it easy to keep all my invoices in one company. I don’t shop around for the best deal because my time is so precious and once I get a rapport with The Company, I hope they do me right so far Mr. Rooter has done me right they’ve done a lot of work in the old farmhouse and Richard actually came out twice yesterday because I had a issue and it had nothing to do with the plumbing come to find out, but he did come back to make sure everything was properly running. Thank you, Richard.
