I base my 4 stars on the gentleman that did the work. The gentleman that came out was very nice, friendly, and did a good job. The down side is the pricing. Only here for 2 hours and the charge was $800. All we had done was the white pvc pipes replaced under our kitchen sink. I did ask if he would put on our new kitchen faucet since he was here and was told that would be an additional $330. Like I said he was really nice and did a good job. Pricing is outrageous.

Often times, there is an amount of professionalism and poise that comes with initial introductions and looking for a company to complete a project for the customer. Mr Rooter, has those people. We were able to get our hot water back AND get a new unit installed in a very timely manner.
Shout out to Joe Priest for the Clean cut work and alignment of the new unit. Professionalism shows, and the experience is obvious.

So, who do you call when your husband tells you on the morning of Christmas Eve that both of the downstairs toilets in your condo are non-functional? And we were expecting nine people on Christmas morning! After looking online for Same Day Plumbers, I called Mr. Rooter - Columbus. They were helpful in starting the process of getting us on the list — and never mentioned that I was calling at a busy holiday time.
We were given a four hour window and Brandon arrived about two hours later. Since these were the original toilets from the 2007 construction, he explained that there were several options. We had already tried to ‘solve the problems’ by replacing various parts several times, but that wasn’t working. So, we decided that they this time they needed to be replaced. Brandon left for about a half hour to get what was needed, then returned and installed the two toilets. He was careful to clean up as he worked. We
were so thankful that we were able to get kind and courteous help the day before Christmas! We felt that the price was reasonable. If there happens to be another plumbing situation, we NOW know who to call!

I had a great experience from scheduling my appointment for the very next day using the AI chat it on the site to the notifications who the tech is and arrival time to the technician’s professionalism and friendliness. After initial discussion of my observations he explained what he needed to do clearly and proceeded with the work to discover the leak. He was very cautious cutting into the drywall to minimize any damage and was able to locate the leak and fix it. Brian Q was the tech and he was awesome!

Woke up to frozen sump pump drain lines. Mr. Rooter was able to send someone out and remedy the issue same day. Anthony, the tech who did the work, was great. Very personable and professional. Kept me informed every step of the way. Will call them again if needed.
