The receptionist was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Someone staying at our rental flushed the toilet paper holder down the toilet and we needed it fixed the same day before our next guest arrived. They were able to come out 2 hrs after I called and Jason the man who did the fix was also amazing. He even offered to go to Ace to grab a replacement toilet paper holder so that my next guests had one. Cannot say enough nice things about them. They will be my go to plumber for any future issues!

Mr Rooter's response to my requests are handled within a day. Their plumbers are well trained, efficient & clearly explain procedures for products. My recent request was not urgent, & I was surprised how quickly my water heater & circulating pump were installed!

Jayson arrived on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He got the job (clogged sink line) done quickly and carefully. I very much appreciated the work he did. I’d use him again if the occasion arises.

Scheduling was a breeze and the tech showed up right on time. There was plenty of communication prior as well. He quoted me the price and fixed my leaky shower in just a few minutes. I paid by check and he was on his way. Exactly how I hoped it would go.
