Last Fall, Jason M. from Mr. Plumber provided estimates for replacing my water softener and sump pump systems. He was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions so I could better understand my options. At the time, I was not ready to move forward with these investments, but I truly appreciated the time he spent helping me that day.
In March 2026, after heavy rain caused my backup sump pump to activate, I realized my main sump pump might not be working properly, so I immediately called Mr. Plumber. Joseph S. arrived that day and also provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient while helping me understand my options. He provided clear information that helped me choose solutions that fit both my needs and budget.
I replaced both my main and backup sump pump systems, in addition to installing the Glentronics Connect WiFi module. I am very pleased with these decisions. I now feel much more confident knowing that during heavy rain, should my back up sump pump activate, I will receive immediate notifications and should there be an emergency, I can take action quickly.

Williams Comfort Air – Mr. Plumber arrived right on time, literally and figuratively. Our water heater needed to be replaced, and while no one wants to spend money on a water heater, the team made the process easy by clearly explaining our options, pricing, and payment plans. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and they took great care while removing the old unit and installing the new one. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them again.

Regular annual maintenance, but I learned a lot for the tankless water heater maintenance and for the new water softener. And Jeff taught me how to easily add salt crystals (not pellets). I’m over 70 and I needed a fail safe way to add them. I have been very happy with Mr. Plumber. Good communication before they arrive which is also much appreciated.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Recently bought a home, and after speaking to multiple plumbing contractors, it was clear the folks at this company were the best choice to go with. They are not trying to make money off of you (like other companies seem to do). In fact, they always provided options to help me understand what was necessary and what could wait. They helped explain things to me in a way that was clear for someone with no knowledge of plumbing issues. They also helped answer so many of my questions, and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The job was done in a timely manner, and communication about arrival times/who was working with you that day was very appreciated. Again, nothing but positive things to say. If you need help with anything plumbing related (they have other home services too), you cannot go wrong with Mr. plumber.
