He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He patiently answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed.
What really impressed us was how thorough he was. In addition to addressing our immediate concerns, Aaron provided a complimentary assessment of our sewer line, which was incredibly valuable. He took the time to inspect the system, explain what he was seeing, and help us better understand the condition of our sewer infrastructure and the options available to us. That level of service and expertise was greatly appreciated.

I had a water emergency late into the evening/early morning. I am extremely pleased with how everything was handled, from my initial call, being updated on estimated time of arrival, to the amazing work that was done. The plumber (I think his name was Bill) was absolutely fantastic!! He was very professional, cleaned up after he finished, and then checked to make sure everything was functioning right throughout the house before he left. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mike's Plumbing to anyone.

Jose was great. He showed up on time, did the inspection of all plumbing as I was told would happen and repaired the toilet very professionally. He applied seniors discount and my on-line coupon to the bill which helped a little. Mr Mikes prices may be competitive but $700.00 for a simple toilet flange replacement seems excessive. I could have did the work for about $50.00 if I had the proper hammer drill.

Amazing and trustworthy service. The plumber spent a lot of time working thoroughly and explained everything perfectly. They didn't even take any money since the issue required further attention. Their honesty and work ethic are top-notch. Will definitely call them again!

While the technician was respectful, thorough, and had great customer service, I ultimately cannot recommend this company due to pricing and accuracy issues.
The Good: Prompt service and a polite technician who did a full walkthrough.
The Bad: The quotes were exceptionally high. They wanted ~$1k for a 2-toilet repair and $2k for replacements. Had another plumber come in to do it for 25% of the replacement cost.
The technician incorrectly identified our main water shut-off valve. Also, our kitchen sink stopped working the next day after the visit (potentially a coincidence from the testing, but frustrating nonetheless).
