Scheduled a minor plumbing repair two weeks in advance to ensure my tenant was on-site when the work was completed. On the scheduled date, I received a call an hour into the time window they provided asking if they could come that afternoon due to some "backlog" from the prior week. I agreed and notified my tenant. I received another call at 4:30pm stating that the plumber just finished up the "backlog" and asked if they could come out tomorrow. I informed them that my tenant is only available to let them in on Mondays, which is why we had to wait two weeks in the first place, so Tuesday would not work. Since it was only 4:30pm, I asked if they were still planning to complete the repair today. I was told, "No."
I obviously can't speak to the quality of work they provide, but just know that they don't appear concerned about honoring their commitments if they get behind on other work or don't want to work past 4:30pm.

Great company with amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of when our sewer pump needed to be replaced. Johnathan installed the replacement and definitely deserves a raise! Haha! He was very knowledgeable and happy to explain everything as I had questions. He got the job done fast with a smile on his face and made sure no messes were left afterward. Everyone was kind and so helpful. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Jonathan helped me with my shower drain he was able to get it cleared up very quickly. Jonathan was highly professional and friendly. He took a thorough look at my home to make sure everything looked satisfactory. I was quoted a very reasonable price in comparison to other businesses, and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I will definitely be calling back if I have any other plumbing issues.

And were thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done, and were diligent in getting it completed before the weekend to accommodate a party we are having tomorrow, Saturday.

Johnathan was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable about the issues I had going on in my home. He never did anything without first running it by his supervisor and both informing me of the cost and how it would fix my issue. Another great thing is no service fee for coming!! I really did appreciate that. I'll definitely be using them in the future!
