Milestone Plumbing was fantastic to work with! We needed to coordinate with Milwaukee County to have our meter replaced, and the meter technician noted that there was no copper leader from the meter. Milestone promptly came out and replaced the required section. They handled pulling the permits and scheduling the inspection, making the entire process extremely easy. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Milestone Plumbing for any job—they were very reasonably priced, and Jessie, Kevin, and Allie were all a pleasure to work with.

I was convinced that I hated all plumbers after several terrible experiences with plumbers that treated me and my home badly, but Jason & Jake at milestone completely changed my mind. The experience with Milestone was excellent end to end. The professionalism and customer orientation was evident from every person I interacted with from the owner to the scheduler to the technicians. The work on my bathroom was done very well, everything was cleaned up beautifully afterwards and the communication was top notch. This was the best customer service of anyone in any trade that I’ve ever had come work on my house. I will definitely call Milestone the next time I need any plumbing work done.

We got connected to Milestone through our realtor, John Danielson, and boy, oh boy are we glad to have been introduced this group. They've been there for us in emergencies, throws of new home ownership, and when we've needed small fixes. From the time you reach out to them to the time they pull out of the driveway after finishing their job, I always feel totally taken care of. Their customer service is top notch (shout out to Allie and Katie). Their guys are kindest and most knowledgeable (shout out to Tyler, Kevin, and Will). Often, I feel like it's my dad or older brother who has come over to lend a hand! The company's work exceeds the phrase "a job well done." Very grateful to have Milestone in our corner!

Had out water heater break down and was gushing water all over the basement, Milestone was able to show up within 30 minutes and get a whole new one installed without us lifting a finger. I highly recommend their services, it was easy, the tech was knowledgeable & clear without being pushy for unnecessary sales. We had called Roman first, got an AI bot, and by the time they called us back Milestone was already on site, removing the old water heater & had the new one on the way! Great experience & team to work with!
