I recently used Miles's Plumbing at two different properties in Omaha and had a great experience both times. The first job was at a rental house after the tenant called Sunday night about water leaking from the toilet shutoff valve. I called and got an appointment for early Monday morning. Ezekiel arrived on time, checked the issue, and found the pipe behind the shutoff valve had cracked. He completed the plumbing repair in about an hour, and the price was very fair. The second visit was at my home when the toilet fill valve stopped working right. Cory showed up the next day as scheduled, replaced the fill valve quickly, and also helped clear a slow bathroom sink drain while he was there, which was a big help. After he left, I noticed the toilet was still dripping a little because the flapper was not seating correctly. He returned promptly, inspected the toilet again, and found the flush valve was failing and the tank gasket was worn out. Since it was a one-piece toilet, the correct original flush valve had to be ordered. Once the part came in, he came back and installed it properly, and I was impressed that there was no extra charge for the return visit. Both service calls were handled professionally, with clear communication, quick scheduling, and solid plumbing work. It is hard to find a plumber who is this responsive, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend them for any toilet repair, valve replacement, drain cleaning, or general plumbing service.

i called a few places for an estimate to clear a clogged drain, and most wanted to charge for an inspection on top of the plumbing labor. when i called miles's plumbing, roman listened while i explained that the p-trap was already clear and that the blockage seemed to be farther down the drain line. he gave me a fair, reasonable price right away, which i really appreciated. i was not home at the time, but he was very easy to coordinate with and arranged to meet a family member at the house. he also called before arriving, which helped us prepare and made the whole service visit go smoothly. roman did an excellent job clearing the pipe, restoring proper drainage, and making sure everything was flowing like it should. while working on the drain, he also noticed that the p-trap fitting was missing a piece and had a small leak. he fixed that too at no extra charge, which showed real care and attention to detail. the whole experience was professional, helpful, and stress-free. excellent plumbing service, and i would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing drain cleaning or pipe repair.

I want to share the excellent plumbing service I received in Omaha. I came home to find my water heater leaking all over the garage. I called a local plumber, and they were able to send someone out to my area in about 30 minutes, even though it was a holiday weekend. Roman showed up, quickly figured out that I needed a new water heater, but didn’t have my specific model on his truck. He offered to grab the right one from the warehouse that evening and promised to return first thing the next morning to finish the job. True to his word, Roman came back the next day and got my hot water running perfectly. I was really impressed with the fast response and great customer service. I highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone in Omaha needing help with their water heater or any plumbing work!

Cory from the plumbing team did an excellent job fixing my plumbing problem here in Omaha. He was very knowledgeable and explained different options to handle my situation, which ended up saving me quite a bit of money each year on a backflow test for a non-working irrigation system. Cory was professional and made the whole process easy. Later on, I found a leak where the water line connects to my water heater in the late afternoon. I called the plumbing company, and Roman was able to come out by noon the next day. He quickly figured out that my water heater had reached the end of its life. Roman replaced it with a new one and took out the old unit all within a few hours. I’m really pleased with the quick response and quality work.
