Moises came out on a holiday weekend Saturday for an emergency pipe leak in my condo crawlspace. He didn't hesitate to climb down into the dark, small, wet and smelly space to find and repair 2 pinhole leaks in the line. He was friendly and communicative throughout the process, even though he was dealing with a really uncomfortable and pretty nasty environment. I'd give 10 stars if that was an option! Thanks so much!

Called Mike in the morning about a bad hot water heater, had a team out that afternoon that installed a new unit. All went smooth, communication was excellent and price was a bit less than some others and in line with what I paid for a hot water heater in SF recently (cause the fail exactly at 10 years :). Have used Mikes before on another property and always been solid.

This is not the first time I have used Mighty Mike's Plumbing Service and I am just as impressed as I was the first time. My hot water heater gave up and they were at my house same day with options to choose from. The even took care of another simple issue I was having in all of 2 minutes. I will be doing the replacement with them and any other plumbing needs I may have will call them. Curious, responsive and professional. Brilliant.
