Had my septic tank pumped out today by Cody. He was great! He let my kid watch the entire time and also tried to help me with a separate issue while here. He was quick and very personable and helpful.
On the other hand, someone prior to him came and told me that the reason was the septic tabj and that is not the problem. I crawled under my house myself and have leaking pipes and the clog is INSIDE my home. The septic tank did not need to be pumped. I appreciate the guy who pumped it, but it was essentially money I did not need to spend. Now, I have to get an emergency plumber to come tonight to stop the leaks and clog inside my home.

Wind River Environmental has handled my septic system maintenance for many years and I have always been happy with the quality of care they provide. They latest maintenance included tank pump out, cleaning and inspection that was performed by Technician Tyler. He did an overall outstanding job. He was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process along the way. He also sold me the three step maintenance kit with an overview and directions for the proper application of the treatment products. Tyler was also very personable and respectful to me and my wife. As a USMC veteran, I also respected him for his service to our country as a veteran of the U.S. Army. Semper Fi Tyler, job well done.

I am the manager of an Italian restaurant. Today I had Mr. Bill and Mr. Tom come out to do some much needed work. In fact they stepped in and completed a task (jetting greese ) that I had paid another company to do. I can tell you that I will be spreading the word on the excellent job they did. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be going no where else!

Justin R is the best, he always does a great job and has given me great advice for preventative maintenance so we don't need servicing as often! I would highly recommend Justin to anyone who needs plumbing help, there's no half-measures with him he gets to job done right.
