I recently had a water softener installed by Matt Plumbing, and I wanted to leave an honest review. First, Travis was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the installation. I really appreciated his attitude and the quality of his work.
However, there are still a few parts of the job that appear unfinished. I was told he would return to add more rock to the drainage area and finish sealing/taping around the pipes, but I haven’t heard back yet. I also reached out to the company to schedule a follow-up visit and haven’t received a response so far.
My main concern is the foundation underneath the water softener. There is exposed dirt around and beneath the unit, and I’m worried erosion could eventually cause it to shift or become unstable.
Overall, the installation experience with Travis was great, but I would really like to see better follow-up communication and completion of the remaining work

Water leak in attic. Dorian Finn was our technician who provided a truly excellent service. With his experience we were able to quickly find the problem. He provided us options with strong sales pitch. Truly a breath of fresh air. Very professional and polite. We are a MET plumbing return client. With techs like Dorian we will continue. I have used MET plumbing for 18 years and they have always been great. Never an issue and always professional. Travis has been our plumber for last couple of years and is exceptional. He is VERY professional and knowledgeable, and we know the job is done correctly. He goes out of his way to answer questions and explain the job. They have done numerous jobs for us including a new hot water heater.
