I was concerned about the wide time frame given for estimated arrival, that i would have to stay around the house all day waiting, however thankfully the technician called earlier that I expected [8:30].
Jack was kind and professional, listened to the issues i had and got right to work searching for the leak(s). After locating it, he gave me two quotes, I agreed to what best suited my home and about 2 hours later he had me all fixed up, checked the meter to make sure it wasn't running insanely high any longer and now next month i don't expect to see a $300+ water bill.
I appreciate Meetze quickly rescheduling me when i had to cancel from the previous week and if ever I need any other plumbing work, Meetze is my go to.

Fred was amazing. He explained everything to me, my mother, and grandmother who have been in the house for under a year. He did not try to upcharge us on any service and this tell he was genuine and honest. He got the work done quickly and with a great attitude. They are lucky to have him. Also, they are out to help so fast even though it was a Sunday. To add to it there was no extra charge because it was a weekend call.

Nigel is a great asset to your company. He is very knowledgeable about the equipment and teaches me something new every time he is out. He took time to educate me on what to expect in the future, including next year’s service. He is prompt and courteous as well.

The Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner. The only issue was the high price. $3100 to add a gas line to the stove and another $1100 to fix a leak detected during the pressure test.

Meetze Plumbing came out within 24hrs of us placing a call on a water heater situation. Mike arrived and was quick to diagnose and explain the next steps. Was open to answering any questions and did so thoroughly.
Service was quick, professional and same-day.
This is the second time we had them come out to help with plumbing issues, and would recommend them for their professionalism.
