He was very thorough and kept me in the loop on what he was doing and what he was seeing as he cleaned out the main line. He also provided a camera inspection and explained a lot of things I never would have known, which cleared up a lot of questions about my mainline. Did a very good job. The drain camera found the source of the problem. A manager stopped by to bring a needed piece of equipment (at no extra charge), and the office manager was excellent when there was a question about a conflict in billing. I'm an HOA president and they are our new drain...

Love this company. They are so nice - from the person who books appointments to the plumbers who show up (in my case both times I had issues) the day I called, on time and in a great mood. Diagnosed and fixed both of my separate issues right away. Didn't waste time, good knowledge, followup and prices. I would definitely recommend over and over again. They are the best I have used in the Twin Cities. Oh and very COVID conscious too. AWESOME company.
