OUTSTANDING EXPERTS! I must stress that I believe their prices are the most reasonable in Houston if not the state! I asked McCary's Plumbing to come for a toilet repair, which they accomplished within minutes.
Then, after we discussed the age of that particular toilet, Paul made some very good suggestions for a replacement. He also quoted me an estimate for the installation and even a discount to boot!
Paul doesn't know it yet, but I've decided to go with his recommendations and I'll be contacting McCary's next week to arrange a time for a toilet replacement.

I had some questions about a sky high bill I received from this plumber for a shower valve leak repair and instead of calling me to address my concerns, he threatened to send a helper out to my house to "tear out the repairs." I ended up paying him but 2 days later the valve started leaking again and now they decline all my calls.

I had an amazing experience with Paul and his team. They were incredibly courteous and respectful throughout the process. They conducted a through inspection of the water heater issue, which, as it turned out, was electrical in nature. Their explanation was clear and concise, making it easy for me to understand the cause of the problem I highly recommend their services!
