Armando was extremely professional and repaired my damaged plumbing in half the time (and cost) I expected. He patiently explained every step, and how he was improving the previous installation. Afterwards, he tested everything thoroughly before leaving. I will definitely ask for him by name if I ever require a plumbing professional again! Thanks, Armando!

We chose Master Plumbing for one reason: they were able to open a slot to solve an issue same day. Every other plumber we spoke with quoted us significantly less for the same job, roughly $300 less even at the high end of their estimated range, but they booked out for another 2–3 days. During the initial call, I went out of my way to provide detailed information about our drain issue so the technician would be prepared and the repair could be completed efficiently. I was told there would be a $50 travel fee and labor would be billed at $180 per hour. Based on those terms, the expected cost was straightforward and reasonable. What was not reasonable was what happened afterward. The technician, Armando, was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and completed the work in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. This review is not about him. He did exactly what he was supposed to do and represented the company well. The problem is Master Plumbing's pricing practices and the complete lack of transparency from their office staff. We were initially told to expect service around 4:30 PM. That didn't happen. When we called for an update, the time estimate was casually pushed back with no real explanation. We had specifically requested a call before arrival because we live in an area where GPS directions can be unreliable and cell service is limited. We didn't hear from the technician until 5:26 PM. The real issue, however, was the bill. The repair itself took less than two hours. We expected approximately $400–$500 total, including the travel fee. Instead, we were charged $800. When I called to question the charges, I was told that we were being billed approximately $360 in driving time. Read that again: we were quoted a $50 travel fee and then later charged hundreds of dollars for travel time that was never clearly disclosed during the initial conversation. Had the representative explained that travel time would be billed at the same $180-per-hour rate as labor and could add hundreds of dollars to the final invoice, we would have had the information necessary to make an informed decision. That conversation never happened. What made the situation worse was the response when we raised concerns. Rather than acknowledging how misleading the original explanation was, the representative repeatedly claimed that charging customers hourly rates for drive time is an "industry standard." That has absolutely not been our experience. We have hired plumbers multiple times for larger and more complex projects on this same property, including larger companies with substantially more overhead, and none of them charged us hundreds of dollars in travel time on top of the work performed. They charged for the WORK DONE. If Master Plumbing's policy is truly to bill customers hundreds of dollars for driving time, that should be disclosed clearly and prominently before service is scheduled, not after the work is completed and the credit card has already been charged. Speaking of billing, our card was charged before we received any detailed invoice. There was no transparent breakdown showing labor hours, travel hours, mileage, or how the final amount was calculated. We were simply expected to accept the charge at face value. How are we supposed to know the true start of services when they don't even disclose anything? After pushing back, the company removed $180 from the bill. To me, that only reinforces the fact that the original charge was difficult to justify. What is most disappointing is that this appears to be a local, family-style business where transparency and customer service should matter. Instead, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The quoted $50 travel fee ended up becoming hundreds of dollars in additional charges that were never clearly explained upfront. DO NOT let this company try to convince you otherwise.. if I had a call log I would put it here for you to all hear. Armando earned five stars. Unfortunately, the company's pricing practices, communication, and handling of customer concerns earned one.

Dustin at Master Service Plumbing did a great job. He was kind, professional, and worked quickly, which made the whole experience easy. It’s not always easy to find a plumber you enjoy working with, but I’d definitely recommend Master Service Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumber.

I had quite a surprise with a back-up draining situation and a friend suggested these folks. So glad he did!! They were prompt to answer, get me on their schedule and sent Elan to help me. My circumstances required a lot of extra time and muscle. Thanks that they had both along with the know-how to get everything taken care of! Believe me, if you need anything to do with fixing plumbing, these folks are the ones to call!! Thanks again Elan!
