This is my first time using Master Rooter. Ben and his colleague were very professional, respectful, and friendly. I called yesterday evening due to a clog in the bathroom and spoke with Ben. They came the next morning to take care of the problem. Ben explained what caused the problem and fixed another problem as well. The pricing was reasonable and their work was high quality. I highly recommend their service! I will definitely use them again.

I had an issue with my toilet where the hose was leaking, and after a quick Google search I found this company. I reached out through their website, and Ben contacted me the next day to schedule service. They gave me a clear time window, which I appreciated.
The technician arrived as scheduled, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. The whole process was simple and professional.
I also showed the tech an issue in my upstairs bathroom, and he explained exactly what part I need to order and said they can come back to install it if needed. I really appreciated the honesty and guidance instead of trying to upsell me.
Payment was easy and can be done through PayPal, which was convenient.
