He talked me through what the problem could be with our plumbing and what his plan was to fix the potential problem. He was kind and patient with all my questions. I recently needed a gas line installed at my home and called Master Rooter Plumbing for a quote. From the very first visit, our technician Steve was nothing short of exceptional. He was professional, polite, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire appointment. Not only did he walk me through everything clearly, but he also noticed and pointed out water in my crawl space—an important detail that another company I contacted completely failed to mention.

The water faucet coming out of the rear of our 5 year old house in Kuna quit working suddenly. Master Plumbing dispatched Jim Colburn to fix it. All he had to do was tap on the faucet a couple of times & turned the water on. His obvious experience & kindness saved our day. We were extremely grateful & won’t hesitate to ask for him if we ever have another plumbing issue.

Huge shout out to Travis Parsons, our service tech at Master Plumbing for his help with our clogged line. We experienced a back up in our sink and garbage disposal when our washing machine went to drain. We called Master Plumbing the next day and got right on their schedule at a time that convenient for us. The team at Master Plumbing had great communication day of. Travis came exactly on time and diagnosed our problem within minutes. Pricing was fair and Travis had our pipes cleared in no time. He cleaned up and left the kitchen exactly as he found it. Great service all the way around.
