At first, it seemed like a good service. But when they finished installing everything I bought from them, which cost over 60,000 pesos... they disappeared! Details came up, and then nobody answered calls or messages anymore. No matter how many times you call, they never answer the phones. I've tried three different people, and none of them have any information. More than a year has passed, and I contacted them again because of an emergency. They responded, and when they asked for my address to come, I told them they had already done the work but then stopped responding. And then, magically, they stopped answering my messages and calls. It's a shame they're like that, because when I was quoting the exorbitant amount they charged me for some exhaust fans, they even contacted me about every little detail. Terrible service.

It's terrible. I paid the person in charge, Francisco Marqués, for four plumbing repairs. Only one was done correctly, which clearly demonstrates his incompetence and a mere 25 percent "efficiency." I already noticed that two of the jobs weren't quite right, but he assured me that all his work was guaranteed. I knew I'd have to come back. However, I've been waiting for him for a week. Every day he says the same thing: "I'll come by tomorrow." I've not only lost my money, but also a lot of time waiting for him to arrive. Now I have to find someone else and cover the costs of the damage caused by the leaks that weren't fixed. As the saying goes, "the cure was worse than the disease."
