We just had a new water heater installed to replace one that died after fifteen years. I called a guy I could trust to recommend a “great” plumbing company. Without hesitation he said “You have got to use Live Oak Plumbing and be sure to ask for Nathan”. I did just that and that’s why I’m writing this review. He was very professional, friendly and did excellent work. Cost was very competitive and he didn’t mind explaining what he was doing. He was one of the best service professionals we have had do work at our home. Another great service professional that we’ve used is the guy that recommended him. Great people know great people.

Harrison from Live Oak was on time , courteous and an expert in the craft. He evaluated the repair, gave me the options based on what was found behind wall. Provided reasonable quote and completed repair thoroughly. Great job guys! Will recommend again.

Live Oak Plumbing is a fantastic company to work with! I had a drain issue where water was filling up the sink. Don came out and spotted the issue immediately with how my drain lines were set up and knew exactly what to do! He got it fixed very quickly and did an outstanding job! Would recommend them 10/10

I just had a plumber come and repair our toilet, which had a very minor leak that caused one of the securing bolts to rust and break. I also had a few other issues that I thought I could get them fixed all at once. When I called Live Oak Plumbing Company, Don the owner happened to answer.
The first thing he asked if it was an emergency and I said no. He then looked at his schedule and thought he could have somebody out here by either next Wednesday or Thursday and I thought well I didn’t wanna wait that long. So he decided that he would actually come himself. I was very thankful that he did.
I found his pricing fair and reasonable as well as in our discussions he was very helpful and honest.
I was very satisfied. I definitely plan to use Live Oak plumbing for any future needs.

My parents had a leak that was causing visible damage to the wood flooring. We were concerned that it was a slab leak. After doing some research on Yelp (and praying 😅) we decided to contact Live Oak plumbing.
Nate and Harrison took a look at the issue and determined it was a problem with the refrigerator. The cost of the inspection and repair combined with Live Oak was half the price that a different company had quoted me for the inspection alone. Nate and Harrison were very personable and communicative. Ken in the scheduling dept was also pleasant and very personable to work with.
Overall, I would recommend Live Oak for your plumbing needs. ☺️

The people at Live Oak plumbing have been a great find. They work well with my senior parents (I've seen other companies try to take advantage of them so it is refreshing).
Since my review, they have installed an easy to use water pressure regulator and shut off valve (photos attached).
Most recently we had an issue with our tub/shower diverter. The unit itself is probably 50 years old at this point. Nate did some research and found a replacement part so that we do not have to spend thousands of dollars on a complete replacement of the unit.
So grateful!
