They came recommended from our plumber who had just retired. They did a great job. I'd highly recommend them.
Cody was our service tech. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to solve the problem we had without needing as much work as we thought it would take, and such our bill came in lower than we had expected. I really appreciate him being as thorough as he was and treating us well as a customer.

Called Lex Rooter after a franchise failed to clear my kitchen sink and charged me almost $300 with a bigger issue and quoted a hydrojet. Lex Rooter was able to schedule me quickly and actually solve my issue at a fraction of the price, no special treatment needed. The tech was courteous and the office staff was honest and insightful. If I have a problem again, they will be my first call this time!

Excellent! I haven't had such exceptional service in a long time! They were quick, thorough, and explained everything to me as a new first-time home owner. My plumber friend also backed up the job they did - said it was a good rate, especially considering it was the weekend. They have a guarantee on services too. Very kind people. Good family business.
