Mr. Nathan was awesomely professional, very courteous, addressed every concern I had, explained what steps were needed to fulfill the job, encouraged for me to test the after results of the job. Shane and Xavier arrived on time and parked in my HOA correctly. They were professional and did the needed work in a timely fashion. Good job guys!
The price was a little high considering I had my own parts AND I paid with a debit card to avoid the new credit card fee but when I looked it charged me nearly an extra 10 bucks and did not go thru as a debit! Lesson learned.

I have an old house - built in 1953. My toilet was clogged and leaking from the bottom.
I thought that it was just a simple clog. It turned out to be more serious than I thought.
I called Leo's and got a guy out pretty quick, who tried his best to unclog it. Unfortunately, the plumbing is VERY wonky; they usually are in old houses. He was unable to do it due to the nonsensical set-up of the plumbing. He profusely apologised, and said that I needed to have a trap made...through commercial cast iron! He called the office and made an appointment for me to have a plumber come out the next day.
Nathan H. came out at about 3:15 and went to work. Remember the commercial cast iron?? Well, this stuff is twice as tough as cast iron today. The poor guy! He went through about 4 blades and burned out his Sawzall! Nathan went into the crawl space to get a good look and took photos. He took the time to not only show me the photos, but explain the problems. The wasn't just a simple clog, but tree roots, a cracked flange and the subflooring was wet and saturated.
He ended up needing some help and called in Chad M. After 6 HOURS, the guys finally got it done.😀
I then got a call before the guys left. It was the office. They were sending out another guy to clean out the drain -- and they gave me a discount! 😳
The rooter guy came very quickly and got it done.
These guys are honest and hardworking. I've NEVER had a plumber stay for 6 hours to finish a job. Another plumber, after 2 hours, would just say that they'd come back the next day to finish up.
Great company! They have ALL my plumbing business now. 👍🏻👍🏻

Second day of homeownership and had a backup occur. Tyric and Craig came out and checked the system snaked my sewer lines and helped ease my concerns. They came out fast, were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt relieved and satisfied with the service provided. Definitely recommend Leo’s Sewer and Drain.

Leo's was an absolute lifesaver this weekend. They sent an awesome tech Cody. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The lady that answered my panicked call was so wonderful and understanding. I'm very thankful for finding them! Prices were amazing for a Sunday emergency.
