Luke came over recently to fix the hot water pressure in my shower. Did a great job, but a couple days later the shower head started leaking constantly. I sent him a video, and he indicated it would be a cartridge issue and that it would take 1 to 2 days to order parts. That was nearly 3 weeks ago, and I've been ghosted. I appreciate you fixing the water pressure, but don't appreciate being left with another problem that you ignored and that I had to have someone else come and resolve.
UPDATE— I’m upgrading my review from 2 to 3 stars because these guys really do have good customer service, and I believe they care about their reputation and their customers. After seeing my review, Ryan called to discuss the issue. They promptly refunded $261 for the cost to repair the shower head leak. Thank you, and I appreciate the integrity here. I’m still knocking one star off for leaving me with new problem (the leak) and another star for ghosting me.

This is the second job that Legacy Sewer and Drain has completed for me in the past year. Between the two jobs, Legacy epoxy-coated my cast iron two-inch kitchen/laundry line, my three-inch cast main line under the slab, and did a reline patch and repair of a previously lined (by another plumber 19 years ago) 4- to 6-inch sewer line, where an invasive tree that needs to stay will continue to provide shade for the house. The last was the most recent job.
They did a fantastic job again. When it comes to sewer repair and any plumbing needs, you can’t go wrong with Legacy Sewer and Drain.

We finally replaced the last piece of cast iron sewer pipe under the house. Where the liner meets up with the old pipe, tree roots intruded at the connection & was clogging the pipe.

Legacy Sewer and Drain was recently at my home due to a sewer line back up. Communication throughout the time I called up until Matt arrived (very quickly) was step by step and very helpful. Upon Matt's arrival I quickly walked him through the location of the issue and before I knew it, he was off to work. He completed the service, and my plumbing was up and running in no time with no disturbance at all. Matt then took the time to explain what had happened and answer the questions I had. I have been a construction professional nearly all my live and I can ensure you that you cannot go wrong with Legacy Sewer and Drain for your plumbing needs/emergencies.

My favorite plumber right now. They are my first call for sure. They come out as soon as they can and they are always very nice. And very efficient I should add. I had another plumber come out a while back who was a bumbling fellow that didn't seem to know what was up. The Bigos guys rebuilt a blocked bathroom tub drain. It was an old galvanized pipe that was caked with hard water mineral deposits and sludge. They used that new PVC pipe and my drain works great. Had them router the drain lines out to the alley too and those have been good ever since.
