I contacted five plumbing companies when I thought I had a slab leak after receiving an extremely high water bill. Legacy Plumbing immediately stood out because they allowed me to speak directly with a plumber the same day, giving me valuable information before I ever scheduled a service call.
Based on that first interaction, I chose Legacy Plumbing, and I'm glad I did.
Brandon Blake and his apprentice, Jonathan O'Dell, came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time diagnosing the problem. What I thought was a slab leak turned out to be a leak in my water service line. Brandon took the time to explain exactly how they determined the source of the leak and walked me through every available repair option.
No one enjoys spending over hard earned money on plumbing repairs, but I appreciated Brandon's honesty, professionalism, and transparency. He provided realistic low and high estimates, explained the pros and cons of each option, and never made me feel pressured or upsold. As someone who is naturally skeptical of major home repair projects, that meant a lot.
Throughout the process, Brandon kept me informed, answered every question, and made sure I understood what was happening and why. By the end of the project, I felt confident that the repair had been done correctly and that I was receiving real value for my investment.
Jonathan was professional, hardworking, and a great representative of the company as well.

We have lived in our home in Frisco/Starwood for many years. Over the years, we have used other plumbing services but we have found Legacy Plumbing as the very best for all our plumbing needs, and most of all, the very best in delivering outstanding customer service! Recently we had a very severe main line plumbing back up. Tyler Harkleroad led the Legacy team who came out to our home same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the main line. Tyler used all the latest master plumbing technology innovation including cameras.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the wonderful job by Tyler Harkleroad and Legacy Plumbing. Legacy Plumbing is the very best, extremely knowledgeable, always professional, always gets the job done! We highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Philip Arlinghaus from North Texas - Legacy arrived on time, as promised and went right to work examining the work I needed to have accomplished on my toilet. Philip then offered a better solution than what I had imagined and at a better price than I had been prepared. Philip then set to work and in a short period of time had resolved all my issues and cleaned up the work area. No surprises, just conscientious and thorough attention to detail and excellent workmanship. High recommendations to both the staff at Legacy for the quick and accurate scheduling and Philip for great communication, work and attention to detail!

Exceptional Service During a Stressful Emergency
I called Legacy Plumbing this morning facing what every homeowner dreads: water flooding my front yard from a cracked exterior pipe. Joey arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and explained the problem and got down to work!.
What separated this experience from typical emergency service calls was Joey's professionalism. He clearly prioritized our best interests over upselling unnecessary work. His technical knowledge was evident, but more importantly, he understood that I was dealing with an unplanned expense during an already demanding day with back-to-back commitments.
Joey handled the repair efficiently while I managed work obligations. He turned what could have been a nightmare scenario into a manageable inconvenience. The quality of his work matched the quality of his character.
Legacy Plumbing has earned a permanent place in my contacts. When you find a company that combines technical competence with authentic integrity, you hold onto them. Joey and Legacy Plumbing delivered both.

Firstly I have previously used Legacy Plumbing for 2 major repairs at our house, having said that this review is a 2 part. Firstly on all 3 occasions the initial contact was professional and courteous. A plumber was booked with a short wait timefor all three, days not weeks away. A plumber came and accessed the situation and gave me an accurate resolution and very acceptable quotes. On all occasions the work was carried out in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Secondly my review concerns the engineer Jason Lickfeldt. The issue in question was that I had a tree removed and I needed the main waterline located before grinding/removing the stump/football. My waterline is "plasic" and therefore of non conductive material that is required for location. Jason was able to engineer a workaround that gave the desired result and the waterline route is now clearly marked and yes, the waterline is dead center of the rootball, but now I can work with the arbirist in finding a solution. Thanks to Jason's insistence and perseverance a good deal of time and money was saved. On a personal note I found Jason to be very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. To me he is a credit to the company he works for. If you are needing an honest and reputable plumbing company that has integrity in its mission with good employees offering comprehensive services then Legacy would be worthwhile contacting. As for pricing, that is an individual's call. I found the pricing to be competitive for similar sized companies with similar resources. I am a retired electromechanical engineer on a fixed income and I was able to afford the cost. I hope that this review is of help.
