Now 8 months later I had to call this plumber again. My well pump failed on Sunday morning. Called and a plumber was on the way in 45 minutes. Diagnosed as the very old pump had croaked. All electric lines and breakers checked. Pump replaced. Water sanitized, pump, and electric lines put back in the ground. Very impressive work in a short time.

So somebody took off my well house cap and tromped on my pipes and broke them Saturday night. I called our regular plumbers emergency line and nobody answered. I called Lake Norman. They answered right away. Wanted some pictures. Said they'd be out around 2:00. After looking at the pictures and knowing that we didn't have any water at all, they showed up around 11:30. Steve was very good, fast, and in no time we had water. He also found several other issues with our filtration system and our pressure tank. We just had him fix it all and it's all done. Everything was done as promised, completed before the time they said it would be finished, and was right on the pricing that they gave us in the beginning. I guess we have a new plumber! Wonderful that they could get it all done on a Saturday morning!
UPDATE... Hey it's Monday morning. And guess what? The owner of this company called us in the morning to make sure that we had water and everything was fine. How many plumbing companies do that? These guys are the best around.

Purchasing a new water heater was not on my list of things to do today. However, I can’t say enough great things about Steven and team at Lake Norman Plumber on Call. From initial phone call to final installation, was about four and a half hours. They were very friendly, professional, respectful of our home and priced competitively. He explained each step, walked me through my options with pros and cons and helped me make the right choice with zero high pressure sales and an abundance of transparency. Very refreshing to see this level of service these days.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend
I cannot say enough good things about Lake Norman Plumber On Call. We had a tankless water heater installation that was completely botched by another company, and they stepped in and saved the day.
Matthew was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us recover the money from the original installer, which made a huge difference. Steven then installed our new Rinnai unit, and the quality of his work was excellent. Everything was done professionally and correctly.
The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and very fair on pricing. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right and taking care of their customers.
After a frustrating experience with the first installer, these guys completely turned things around. We could not be happier with the outcome and will absolutely use Lake Norman Plumber On Call again. Highly recommend!!

Called these guys after we had our main sewer line back up and we had a couple other issues. They came out and fixed the problems promptly, professionally and more importantly 5x cheaper than the first quote I got from one of these big brand plumbers. I highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbers on Call for anyone in the area.

We called this company and they returned out call the next business day first thing in the morning and were able to come out that same day. They found a leak in a water pipe and repaired it same day. The service was great as well as the price and the guys that came out to do the repair were very nice to deal with.
