AJ and Chandra are third generation owners of L. A. Reedy Plumbing in Warren County Ohio. If that doesn't say enough for the quality and integrity of this company, I have a few more words to add. It was more than a little concerning when I found out that my 30-year-old inground cement haul-water cistern was taking on water after heavy rain storms. Jon Stewart at JWS Water Hauling, who is my long time and best in the business water hauler suggested I contact L.A. Reedy Plumbing. AJ and his assistant Christopher came out and drained the water to get into the cistern to find the leak. But they weren't able to find any problems inside the tank. I could tell they were on a mission. They showed back up with 250 gallons of water in a portable tank and quickly flooded the area around the outside of the cistern. They did find a small leak in the riser where the electrical line for the submersible pump entered had a small trickle. AJ said they could easily fix that but that's not where the problem was. Convinced that the problem was not the cistern itself, they then excavated around the 4-in PVC fill pipe. They excavated the pipe all the way down to where the PVC fitting entered the outside of the cistern. There it was! A large crack in the fitting buried 3 ft below the ground. They removed the old fill pipe and installed a brand new one. They sealed the small leak in the riser and refilled the dirt around the excavated cistern. After everything was repaired, put back together, cleaned and sanitized, JWS came back for the second time in the same day to fill the repaired cistern and we were operational. Where other cistern repair companies were satisfied with sending a quote to my email, never having been on property, and offer solutions to paint a sealant on the inside of the cistern, AJ commented that he wasn't going to throw any money at this thing until he found out where it was leaking. As it turns out there was nothing wrong with the cistern itself. DIrt and groundwater was coming in through the cracked PVC fitting where it enters the cistern and traveling undetected down the inside of the entire length of the fill pipe inside the cistern. They came out the same day, we called. AJ was awesome! AJ took the time to figure out the problem with the sump pump! The sump pump couldn't keep up! We had never had this problems before. AJ discovered the problem they were back to fix it a couple days later. Job is complete we are extremely satisfied customers! We will call them for our plumbing needs.

We had a toilet seal failure due to the wrong rubber seal being used when our house was built instead of traditional wax seal. AJ and his team came out within the hour that we called and were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and hard working. Even when we didn't know what the issue was at first, they were determined to find a solution! We will forever utilize L.A. Reedy Plumbing for any plumbing needs due to the amazing customer care we received!
