Moe asked me questions right away over the phone to try to diagnose the issue. He then offered to come take a look for free to provide a more accurate diagnosis. Moe arrived less than 2 hours later, found the exact problem area, gave two options: Cheaper/temporary solution (clear the old drain) or a permanent solution (pipe replacement/upgrade) at a higher but not unreasonable price. I appreciated the straight forward explanations and honest approach, so we decided to replace the old clogged pipes. Work was done well, Moe walked me through what he changed and why, and told me how to better prevent future clogs with the new pipes. Would highly recommend Moe’s work to others

Honest, Reliable, Friendly, Family Man - everything you need in a plumber!
We had a particular problematic blockage in our main sewer line backing up into our basement drain that Moe was able to come and help within 2 hours of calling on a weekend requiring specialized equipment. Moe graciously stayed to ensure the pipes were fully clear and reliable. He took extra time to show us the scoping from both ends every step of the way and talk through all of our options as needed.
Don't bother looking at other options, would recommend without hesitation

Moe did a fantastic job! We had a main sewer line clog, and he performed a camera inspection that revealed a broken section of pipe. He returned the next day with his team, replaced the damaged spot, and got everything back in service quickly. We highly recommend Moe and Knight Rooter!
