Klear Line is a phenomenal service. Bob and Jessie were responsive, personable and came same day. They went the extra mile to not only fix our basement drain backing up but took the time to tell us about what and why it was happening and how to prevent issues again. Great, honest pricing. I highly recommend them!!

Company is friendly and prompt. Call for main line clean out backup in basement they were done in 15 minutes. former plumber before retired would run the cutter all 35 feet to city usually took him about a hour 8 weeks later sewer back up again on a Sunday Called Bob said he would be out Monday morning first appointment. Charged me a 100 to flush the toilet and fill the tub. Never ran a snake in the drain. Said problem was from toilet paper. 1 month later basement sewer back up again on Sunday They were polite and came again on Monday this time they ran the cable snake charge me a full service call plus extra for video inspection Told me roots in pipe needed another procedure cable chain at additional cost 3 times as much but I'm getting a discount for all my past service calls Very disappointed they didn't stand behind their first visit no warrant on the work was not even 6 months
They never used a cutter and I will never use this company again or recommend them. Beware!!!

I had an issue with my floor drain overflowing, and the guys came out the same day and fixed the problem quickly! They explained what caused the issue AND gave advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again. They even went so far as to assist with a secondary issue that I didn't call them for and fixed that too. The price was very reasonable, less than another plumbing company qouted for the job. I will definitely be coming back and using them for any future plumbing issues.

I spoke with Jerry, who was exceptionally polite, respectful, and honest. He genuinely tried to arrange assistance as soon as possible. Bob was the one who came through, and what a gentleman he proved to be. Respectful and thorough, he handled the job impeccably. I couldn't have asked for a better team. This is the second time I've had them come to my house for plumbing, and I have not been disappointed.
