What an incredible guy to work with. I will call him over a big company like Roto rooter any day! Reasonable prices, and so good at educating and explaining to home owners what the problem is, why is happening, what we can do to fix and prevent it from happening again. A lot of places give you the run around and don’t explain much or try to say you need to spend thousands and redo everything. Not in my case having Ken come out and do some work for us.

Ken was very informative and took the time to explain what happened to my drain as well as how I could prevent it again without trying to upsell me at all. Very professional! I would definitely call him again!

He was on time and kind and quick turnaround. His machine is too small and he doesn't use a camera so he thought we had a broken pipe and we didn't. That's a $4,000 mistake.
