I had the pleasure of working with David from Kaizen Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He helped me replace a leaking water heater tank and went the extra mile to install a smart water shut-off valve as well.
From start to finish, David was transparent, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. Unlike many other plumbers who just throw an overall price at you, David was upfront about every cost—materials, labor, everything—so there were no surprises. Having called multiple plumbers before choosing Kaizen, I can confidently say their pricing is very reasonable and they stand by their quotes.
Beyond his technical skills, David was an absolute pleasure to be around. Always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right. The best and professional company that we’ve ever worked with. Our water heater started leaking at night and Kajik the owner of the company came out 10pm to fix it to prevent further damage to house without charging any additional emergency charge . Will recommend this company for anyone looking any kind of plumbing issues and repairs.

After an early morning call to schedule a service call later that day, I was promised a service visit starting between noon and 2pm, with a technician to call when on the way.
I know how things can go, but by 3:20, not a peep. Nothing. No update or status. Diddly.
I called them. They contacted their guy, and called back to let me know they'd have to reschedule for 3 days later.
I get it. Things happen, but keep your customer informed. I wasn't up at 5:30am looking for service for 3 days later.
I will offer that their automated call answering thing is top notch - one of the best I've ever talked with. Really! It's outstanding.
But it's making promises the company can't keep.
I cannot comment on the quality of their work since they didn't do any. Customer care is unacceptable.

Plumber came to do an estimate of the work required to fix my under the sink water filter system. They didn't find any clear issue and recommended replacing the whole unit.
However, as they investigated the problem, they removed the hose that goes into the system and reinserted it, and the unit is now leaking from that place - when it was not leaking before their visit. So unfortunately they actually damaged it in the process.
