I can’t say enough good things about JTM Plumbing and Drain in Omaha.
I had a major plumbing issue come up late Friday afternoon around 2:30–3:00. A trusted recommendation pointed me to JTM and specifically the owner, Jon, as an honest company to work with. I reached out to Jon directly—even though he was on vacation, he responded quickly, gave me a fair eyeball estimate, and pointed me to the right place to leave a voicemail since the office was closed.
When I called, their project manager Nick answered on the first ring and immediately got someone scheduled for Monday morning. The crew was on site right around 8:30–8:45 a.m., exactly as promised.
They repaired a sheared pipe in my basement using cast iron, fixed the drain issue, installed a new sink, and added quarter-turn shutoffs to supply lines in both my upstairs kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The work was done professionally and correctly.
The technician, Adam, was outstanding. He kept me informed the entire time, explained what he was doing and why, and never made me feel like I was in the way—even though I’m a curious homeowner who likes to understand what’s going on. He was respectful, thorough, and meticulous, and the cleanup afterward was excellent.
This is a well-run, honest, professional company from top to bottom. I couldn’t recommend JTM Plumbing and Drain any higher, and I’ll absolutely be using them again. They’ll be coming back to install gas lines and handle additional work for me in the future.

We were so impressed with our repairman Daniel. His office was extremely helpful and he came within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and provided a solution! I would have him come again, but pray I won’t need him.

Excellent service and honest pricing are what JTM does best. They not only replaced my kitchen faucet but also made a substantial upgrade upon my recommendation (My previous DIY attempts were subpar). The toilet handle had issues. Never certain if the water fill would shut off, but the JTM plumber installed a change which left me no doubt, the water would shut off. The water heater was old and had a sketchy installation from 3 decades ago. The scaling was interfering with my plumbing. JTM gave me a reasonable price on a water heater and installed it in record time. These changes in the plumbing system will save on utility costs.

We just moved into a new house and the prior owners left the sink clogged. Adam came very quickly and helped us get it unclogged and a new valve replacement. He was very knowledgeable and quick. We can actually use our sink now! Definitely recommend.
