I was having sewer back up issues. Damien came out and cleaned the sewer, then sent a camera in to find the problem. Roots that damaged the 100 year old pipes. Jeremy and Roby were instrumental in repairing the pipes. JP Plumbing was very easy to work with.

Contractors, plumbers, electricians, and car repair shops are sometimes the hardest businesses to trust, because in so many cases, they tell you that you need overpriced items that you don't and over charge you. They get away with it, because how many of us know about these things, unless you do it for a living or have someone in your life you can give you guidance. So you cross you fingers and hope for the best.
I got some advice from someone who I trusted to not steer me wrong, I needed to get a water softener, and I am glad for the advice I received. JP Plumbing installed the water softener and gave me very good advice on how to maintain it, you don't have buy all that fancy salt with additives (i've never had one before).
After they left, I noticed my hot water wasn't running in once of the bathrooms, I called and they came right back. Turns out the pipe froze, they fixed it and did charge extra for coming back or an arm and a leg for fixing something they did not come to fix in the first place.
I now have a plumber that I trust, call them first for all of your plumbing needs. They will not overcharge you, try to upsell you or leave your house in a mess (as another company did one of my friends) and by all means NEVER call the people they tell you to call when you plumbing is hurtin', call JP Plumbing instead.

We had a pipe burst over the winter and didn’t realize it until the spring when we turned on the water and it poured water into our basement. JP Plumbing sent someone out the next day and repaired the problem quickly and with kindness. He took the time to show me and my kids (who were very curious) what the problem was and how he was fixing it. It was a great experience despite the difficult circumstances. It was also a reasonably priced service for what he did. He also was careful to not take out more drywall than was needed to get his tools in the surrounding area, careful to catch excess water so it didn't get everywhere, gave recommendations for how to fix up the hole he left in the drywall, and even cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

I simply needed them to check the anode rod on the water heater. I made that clear when calling to schedule the appointment.
Instead, they showed up with a water heater hoping to sell me a new one, no replacement anode rod, and NO TOOLS to actually pull an anode rod. They did not bring an appropriate socket or socket wrench so we had to improvise a solution. Then the dude struggled with 'righty-tight lefty-loosey' and really wrenched it tight before figuring out he was turning the wrong direction.
$225 and over an hour of my time for what should have been a 20 minute task.

Technician Damian did an excellent preventive assessment of my house draining system, including a camera visualization of the drainage lines. He also went the extra step to remove the man hole cover in our street to assess the condition of the city drain system. An issue was noted from that inspection which I reported to the city. Very efficient, thorough and courteous. Job well done.
