Jolly has done a great job with every service we have needed. We recently had a pipe crack under our house causing water to seep up into our basement and Jolly was able to get somebody out to us right way that same day. Tyler, Blake and Gavin did a tremendous job with the re-pipe of our basement and installation of a new water heater. Tyler was great at breaking down the process of repairs while talking us through our options. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that was done and they had great financing options available. The company does a very thorough job following up on any questions one may have after the job is done.
The Jolly membership plan is also great because it comes with a 10% discount on repairs as well as numerous other perks. Overall we have been very satisfied with the prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service we have received from this company.

We had water damage that led to a serious black mold issue in our crawl space, and this restoration company was absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they treated the situation with urgency and professionalism. They thoroughly inspected everything, clearly explained the risks, and walked us through each step of the water mitigation and mold remediation process so we knew exactly what to expect.
The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly careful to keep the rest of our home safe and contained during the mold removal. They used proper equipment, followed safety protocols, and answered every question without rushing us. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail—they didn’t cut corners and made sure the job was done right.

I had Nathan Shrader come to my house yesterday to fix my AC unit that was not working. He was efficient, kind and professional. He got it working in no time and cleaned up my unit as well! He checked in later to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. Also signed me up for the home plan which I think will come in handy and save me money in the long run. Thanks, Nathan, for making sure I was well taken care of and happy with everything!
