We were scheduled for an 8am to noon window for a plumber to come out and check out a leak we’ve been having. Corey was extremely communicative, texted us when he was 30 minutes away, and was inside by 8am to do the job- with every other plumber we’ve experienced from other companies, we’d be waiting until noon to see someone. He was polite, knowledgeable, funny, compassionate, amicable, and extremely professional. He got right to work, addressed the problem, and quickly elevated the issue with his team to an emergency so that we could get the ball rolling in fixing a serious leak. He gave us detailed instructions on how to proceed, and even advised us what to do for other issues we voiced. Thanks to Corey we’ve got our leak detection appointment this evening and we look forward to having answers. I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but this one is well deserved. The world needs more Coreys! It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Thank you for what you do and how you do it.
