Across the board, they have been absolutely excellent to work with.
The entire team is kind, respectful, and communicates incredibly well. On top of doing high-quality work, they are very reliable, fairly priced, and have consistently honored our agreements and negotiations. Finding a company this trustworthy is rare. John's plumbing and Drain Services is a company whose experience and knowledge exceeds and surpasses all past companies that we have utilized in the past. They are extremely trustworthy and get the job done with such professionalism and care. I called them this morning at 7am and by 9:30 I had a plumber onsite. Major leak found last night had to turn my water off.
They came, fixed it quickly shared video of before and after as well as fixed a faucet I needed replaced.
Very fair price and wonderful service, would call again!

John’s plumbing services were super fast, quality, and reasonably priced. I called them mid-morning about a problematic garbage disposal and a couple hours later it was fixed! Anna at the front desk was super helpful and kind and John came and did the work quickly and cleanly. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
