John, with JLR Plumbing, replaced two bathroom faucets for us. He was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to phone and text messages. He provided a bid for the work without the need for a home visit first, which the other plumbing outfits I contacted all required before bidding the job. His quote was much more reasonable than any of the larger company bids I received. John is friendly and took the time to answer my questions as he installed the faucets. The installation looks great! Great experience! He was professional, punctual, and got the job done efficiently. He even helped with warranty details and answered my questions after the work was completed, which I really appreciated. Pricing was very fair, probably one of the best on the market. Highly recommend!

Called for replacement of a water heater that was leaking, kicked a breaker, and had scalding hot water coming out of it so I knew it was gone. John had me scheduled within 2 to 3 days, Said to call and let him know if it ruptured and he’d take care of it ASAP. Steve Arrived on time and replaced it and it was flawless. Highly recommended!
