I called in the morning and Kenny came to our house within 2 hours in blustery winds and a winter storm watch for WNY. Got all new pipes, fittings, kitchen drain and cleared the drain from the garbage disposal out with snake 15ft. We were concerned that our dishwasher was leaking but Kenny said it's most likely the pipes and the kitchen drains were the issue. After all his work the dishwasher was fine and no water was leaking from the bottom of it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, very fast and efficient work from Kenny the Technician.

Very professional service. The person answering the phone was very helpful and quickly arranged for a service call in a day. The company send a text letting us know the technician was on his way and he promptly showed up as was schedule. He quickly diagnosed our faucets problem and gave us options on how the problem could be fixed. We chose to have our faucet repaired rather than replaced and the tech had the necessary parts with him and immediately repaired it rather than having to come back another day. We were able to pay immediately via credit card on his tablet and receive an itemized receipt also immediately which included a one year parts and labor guarantee. We asked for his business card as we will definitely use this company again and refer him to our family and neighbors.

Top notch company! Everyone was professional and courteous. They were able to change out my hot water heater the same day. Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. They even took the old tank with them to dispose of. I will definitely use them in the future! ☺️

Service Tech arrived when he said he would. He gave us an accurate assessment of the problem and explained our options. We were quoted a fair price and it didn't increase after the job was completed. Our Service Technician was Zach C. We would highly recommend this professional and J.Ando Plumbing!
