I had to share my great experience with Daniel and his company, Jetters N Drains — they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Honest, efficient, and genuinely caring about their work.
My house is old and has had plumbing issues since we moved in eight years ago. We’ve had at least ten plumbers come and go, and none of them I would call again — I never felt they were truly honest, trustworthy, or did quality work.
Recently, our toilets and showers started backing up. Even doing laundry caused toilet paper to come up in the shower! We had about four plumbers come out, each asking for hundreds of dollars up front just to use their camera — and none ever showed us what they found. They only told us what they claimed we needed, with sky-high estimates and long timelines. Some even said they wouldn’t haul away debris or clean up afterward. Needless to say, I didn’t feel confident hiring any of them.
But when Daniel came out, everything changed. He brought his camera and monitor, showed us exactly what the issues were, and clearly explained the next steps — all without demanding payment upfront. That alone was a pleasant surprise.
Our pipes under the foundation and out to the city’s main sewer line were cracked, collapsing, and filled with roots. Daniel carefully explained how he would smooth and reline the pipes before it became an even bigger problem. He sent detailed estimates with different options for the work and was willing to work with our budget, which we really appreciated.
Daniel and his crew started on time and were incredibly professional. They minimized dust and disruption, thought carefully about how to access the pipes with minimal damage to our floors (thankfully, since we only had a few replacement tiles left!), and completed the job in just a few days — exactly as promised.
When they finished, the place was spotless, inside and out, and they even left the house smelling fresh!
Daniel came back afterward to show us video footage of our newly relined pipes — and wow, what a difference. Seeing the before-and-after gave us such peace of mind.
The price was fair for the amount of work done, and we finally feel confident we have a reliable, honest plumber we can call again.

I had an amazing experience with Daniel and his team at Jetters 'N' Drains Plumbing! Part of my kitchen sewer line had a broken pipe under the slab. Daniel, the owner, came out personally, used his camera inspection, and quickly found the exact location of the issue. His team of three replaced the broken pipe with new ABS piping and two heavy-duty bands.
What really impressed me was that they finished the entire project in just 1 day (started at 9 AM and were done by 4 PM!), while big plumbing companies I had quoted told me it would take them two to three days to complete the same work. On top of that, Daniel even included a courtesy grease build-up clean-up at no additional cost.
His team of three worked efficiently, professionally, and left the area spotless when they were done. I couldn’t be happier—Daniel has definitely become my go-to plumber, and he will get all my future plumbing business. I recently had a completely backed-up kitchen sink caused by a blockage in the discharge pipe leading to the main sewer line. I contacted Jetters N Drains, and they were able to take care of the issue the very next day.
From the start, the experience was excellent. Melanie, the office manager, maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. It’s always reassuring to deal with a company that values responsiveness and professionalism.
Felix arrived early Saturday morning and immediately demonstrated that he truly knows his craft. He was straightforward, personable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the problem in detail and outlined the approach he would take to resolve it. Rather than immediately recommending a more expensive hydro-jetting service, he suggested starting with a standard drain snake (spiral auger) machine. He was honest in his assessment, explaining that he didn’t see any evidence of congealed grease buildup that would require hydro-jetting.
I really appreciated that he didn’t attempt to upsell unnecessary services. His expertise and integrity were clear throughout the entire process.

Daniel is amazing—very knowledgeable and honest.
Our sewer line was clogged and overflowing through the toilet. Another plumbing company told us we needed a cleanout installed 100 feet away and quoted $5,000.
We called Jetters & Drains for a second opinion, and Daniel called back right away. He answered all my questions and came out to check the issue at no cost and with no obligation. He even brought the jetter just in case.
Daniel cleared the clog and found the existing cleanout right in the middle of the store. Saved us a ton of money! Highly recommend Daniel and Jetters & Drains

Jetters N Drains did an outstanding job with our trenchless pipelining project on an old damage cast iron sewer line that has been a problem for years and only getting worse.
