Great Experience through the whole process. I called Jerrys Plumbing with a heating issue. Mike was great in the office, and I was quickly on the schedule. I received email notice of confirmation and again when the tech was on his way. Steve was fantastic, he checked the system over and explained what was going on. Easy fix. Highly recommend this company.

This company is FANTASTIC!!! Very professional and Extremely knowledgeable in their field.
We call another company before reaching out to Jerry’s ( which was recommended by our neighbor). The first company told us that we probably would need a new furnace. Our home is only five years old and has a very expensive furnace. He seemed more interested in getting to his next call rather than diagnosing the problem…actually he spent more time in our driveway fill out his paperwork, than he did working on the furnace.
The young men that came were truly concerned about finding the problem and doing all they could to make sure we had heating in our home. The weather in Maine this week has been in the low teens and below.
Can’t recommend this company enough!!!
Absolutely the best!
I wouldn’t had bet on the Patriots going to the superbowl in the beginning of the season…..
But I would bet on this company fixing my furnace!

I was having issues with my hot water, just trickling out. I called a plumber who said they were unable to help me because the issue actually pertained to my boiler. I called a couple service people who specialized with boilers, and they all said they could not help me because I was not already a current customer.
Jerry’s answered and was so polite and courteous, they said they could help me no problem (it didn’t matter if I was a current customer or not). They were here within two days to fix the problem for me. They came at the time they said they would and fixed the problem so quickly. It’s so nice to find reliable service. Thank you so much Jerry’s

Steve was on time, personable and professional. What a way to start the week, getting my heat pump working while May was still damp and cold. He gave me options to consider after thoroughly checking the inside unit and then checking the outside unit. I was most impressed that he was cognizant of the $ per hour, and he did not "dilly-dally" and was on task.

Our 4 year old furnace failed and Jerry's team of professionals diagnosed, worked with supplier and manufacturer to honor the warranty and successfully replaced my unit. While we were with out heat they provided space heaters that worked well and bridged the gap. Thanks team....
