John was easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. He replaced our 40 gallon natural draft gas hot water tank in just a few hours by himself and it was such a clean install it looks fantastic. I had somewhat of an urgent matter at a tenants apartment with no hot water and John returned my call and set up an appointment for the very next day got there diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly! Extremely professional, honest and up front and will continue to use his business for any future plumbing issues I have.
