Scott came out, assessed the situation, the part was ordered and the problem was fixed in record time. I'm 75, I have an upcoming surgery and needed the hot shower for prep work. I wasn't sure I could get the water heater fixed in time. I was stressed, but Jackrabbit Plumbing came to my rescue. They really went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed before my surgery. Jack rabbit plumbing is awesome ! Scott from the Carson City location is super nice , knowledgeable and gets the job done ! We are very happy and will use them again in the future , when we need plumbing work! He came to see what we wanted done , wrote an estimate and a week later the job was complete ! We highly recommend that you give them a call before anyone else 👍

We purchased a house in Tahoe that had a 40 year old boiler hydronic heating system that was at the end of its life. Jackrabbit and Robert (their lead boiler expert) provided one of the most competitive bids of five that were received and was one of the most knowledgeable. They started and completed the project on time and did an excellent job.
