I had a very disappointing experience with Jack Ward & Sons Plumbing.
I paid $569.25 for a bathtub clog repair, and the issue was NOT fixed. The tub remained completely clogged.
I contacted the company again, and they sent another technician, but the problem still was NOT resolved.
Instead of fixing the issue, they sent me ANOTHER bill for $559.34 for the same unresolved problem.
Charging twice for a service that was never completed is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Be careful before hiring them.

Called for an issue with our bathtub being back up. The company sent a technician who came out and claimed he had fixed our issue and charged me $569, yet the problem continued immediately afterward and was not fixed. When I reached out again, they sent the same technician back, and not only was the issue still unresolved, but I was sent another bill for an additional $559 for a second “repair” that also didn’t fix anything.
I am left with the exact same problem I started with. Being charged twice for work that was never completed feels extremely frustrating. This company dishonest and unprofessional. They send out people who do not know what they are doing. They steal your money without fixing your issue. Avoid this company so you dont have to go through the same situation they left me in.

I was referred to these guys from Maynard who no longer does plumbing services. Carolyn took my call and had me booked the next day. She was polite, kind and professional. Steve and Zach Came out to the house, diagnosed and fixed the problem (including buying new part and installation) within an hour. They were patient, attentive and professional. Will definitely be calling them again for all things plumbing. Can’t recommend highly enough! Great service! Great company. Give them your business.

These guys are amazing. They came out and assessed my situation, and turned what would’ve been a $12,000 nightmare into a simple fix. They were committed to finding the root of the problem and solving it, as opposed to throwing it all out the window like many companies would have done!

Cannot say enough about Jack Ward & Sons. They were responsive and extremely helpful with the storm and our busted pipe and faucet. Alex and Levi came to the house and were respectful and very helpful - made sure we had water on during the storm.
