I found Cole through a web search after experiencing some issues with our heat pump. I had tried unsuccessfully to address the issue but kept getting a blown fuse in the indoor unit. Cole was out the next business day and searched for a while to find the cause. In the end, he advised me to change the thermostat, which did the trick. I appreciated that he offered to do it himself but gave me the option. He will be my first call next time I need similar help!

Cole is competent in what he does; professional in his dealings; explains the problems clearly, and makes sensible suggestions to fix them. He repaired the frozen pipes that caused a mini flood in the basement. The price of services these days are hard to accept but then what is the cost of a flooded basement and no running water.
